Cyberodin And The Angel Of The Sword

I’m just goin’ to do the thing with the open door.
Sometimes there are walls you are glued upon.
Life is not there to go to the grave.
It’s there for the battle, to be brave.

No need to worry, I’m here for you, baby.
Some of them women, though, are just too crazy.
Now I can tell you, I always feel better
if I don’t have to write useless letters.

You are wastin’ yourself on things you’ll regret.
Every night you’ll feel the opposite effect.
Cyberodin and the Angel of the Sword
takin’ up the world: It’s a question of hope.

All the girls are made, I say, by sex.
I guess it is great, what do you expect?
There are millions expected to die in the next war.
We are here for love and that is all.

Next step of evolution: summers of revolution.
Cyberodin ploughin’ the ocean deep.
I see that your eyes are bright with belief.
Cyberodin on the waves, Cyberhorizons ahead.

You are wastin’ yourself on things you’ll regret.
Every night you’ll feel the opposite effect.
Cyberodin and the Angel of the Sword
takin’ up the world: It’s a question of hope.

There are enough people for whatever you say.
In the hidden grows the flower of grace.
The stress of ignorance and naughty liars
can’t stop us from goin’ higher.

Cyberodin with the smile of the great.
Cyberodin with the power that shakes.
A million miles can make you understand:
Cyberodin is love burnin’ stronger than hate.

Cyberodin with the smile of the great.
Cyberodin with the power that saves.
Cyberodin makes you understand:
Cyberodin is love burnin’ stronger than hate.

As The Battle Came To An End

As the battle came to an end
there was one bitter last blow,
one last kill, one last wound,
one last shot, one last bomb,
one last breath of poison.

Soon the ruins will be quiet,
calm the cratered earth
and morning fog will no longer hide
the enemy brother and the weapon he got.
As the battle came to an end
someone was there who thought of God.

And he knew the tears will not
end so soon, nor will pain go.
Battles end but struggle still goes on,
will go on…

I would like to see my home so free
as is my soul’s, my soul’s ecstasy.
Yes, I would like to be.
I would like to be free
as the Master is in His Consciousness.
Free as the Truth and the Answer
to all the battles that can ever be.
Deep within burned this thought.

And I knew with tears of hope
and I saw with vision’s strength
that this pain and battle won’t be
in vain, won’t be in vain…

As the battle came to an end
there was one bitter last blow,
one last kill, one last wound,
one last shot, one last bomb,
one last breath of poison.

Soon the ruins will be quiet,
calm the cratered earth
and morning fog will no longer hide
the enemy brother and the weapon he got.
As the battle came to an end
someone was there who thought of God.

And he knew the tears will not
end so soon, nor will pain go.
Battles end but struggle will go on,
till the hour comes, the hour comes…

Song & Lyrics Spotlight: ‘Vision Glasses For Better Seein” by Michel Montecrossa

Vision Glasses For Better Seein’

Some look through sun glasses,
some through political glasses,
other through ordinary glasses
and there are indeed so many glasses:
I threw them all away.

Now I look with no glasses
and see with eyes of vision instead.
Now I see what simply is, what simply is
and don’t need any pretension:
Vision sees through all the real.

Some look through weird glasses,
some through plain glasses,
others through dark glasses
and they all have their special show:
None of them really knows.

I see with love and high intention,
I see with soul the one in all,
I see with strength the end of pain
and work and live for the good time:
Vision brings to all the right sign.

Some look through filters,
some through holes and
others look through patterns,
but they are all the same:
They are not true.

Some look through the T.V.,
some look through magazines
or through internet dreams,
but still they can not see:
Truth, my friend, has another feel.

Vision is the eye of our soul,
she knows the future and the goal,
she’s the guide for the journey
and of truth the loving friend:
Vision shows to all the better world.

Steel Bars (Michel Montecrossa sings Bob Dylan)

Michel Montecrossa says about ‘The Michel & Bob Dylan Fest 2012 in Mirapuri’:
“The origin of the ‘Michel & Bob Dylan Fest Series’ was a man asking me if I could sing a Bob Dylan song in my next concert. I fulfilled his wish. After that I was asked ever more to include Bob Dylan songs in my concerts, as people said they like my way of singing Bob Dylan songs and they like to hear them together with my own songs as a positive and stimulating experience. Out of that the ‘Michel & Bob Dylan Fest Series’ evolved, beginning in 2001 and the ‘The Michel & Bob Dylan Fest 2012′ is the 12th time that it happened. It includes my own new songs as well as Bob Dylan songs from 1961 till 2012. The opening song ‘Talking Big Festival Waves’ I wrote for celebrating in 2012 the 20th birthday of the Spirit of Woodstock Festival in Mirapuri, the City of Peace and Futureman in Europe, Italy. It is followed by a Bob Dylan song from 1961 ‘East Orange, New Jersey’, of which I only found the lyrics so that I composed my own tune for it. Some of the other Bob Dylan songs are co-written by Bob Dylan with other musicians like Bono from U2 (‘Love Rescue Me’), Helena Springs (‘Coming From The Heart’, ‘The Wandering Kind’), Michael Bolton (‘Steel Bars’), Tom Petty (‘Jammin’ Me’) and George Harrison from the Beatles (‘I Don’t Want To Do It’). ‘You Belong To Me’ is a 1952 monster hit by Chilton Price with some participation of Pee Wee King and Redd Stewart which was covered by Bob Dylan and used for the soundtrack of the 1994 movie ‘Natural Born Killers’. ‘The Love That Faded’ is a song composed by Bob Dylan for the lyrics with the same title by Hank Williams. The other tracks are Bob Dylan originals including rarities like ‘Jesus Is The One’, ‘Trouble In Mind’, ‘I Will Love Him’ and more. My own brands include New-Topical-Songs like ‘Don’t Cheat’, ‘Bouncin’! (With Gangsta Bankas And Corrupto Politos)’, ‘Try It Harder All Ye Helpless Leaders! Try It Harder!’, ‘Damn Hot – The Vision Of Balance’, ‘Cyberrocker Morfin’ U’, ‘Love & Unity Dance’, ‘Coffee And Sandwich Blues’ and many more.”

Absolutely Family

Come all ye children, I tell you a tale.
Listen closely so you might understand.
There are normals and normals and normals, you know.
Sometimes there are outlaws and that is good, of course.
La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La

My family are outlaws, are freedom fighters.
We raise our voice, want our rights.
There are normals and normals and normals, you know,
but we stand together, are the living goal.
La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La

The world outside gets darker and darker.
Cynicism rising and outrageous corruption.
There are normals and normals and normals, you know.
They don‘t believe in anything at all.
La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La

My family are lovers, proud with might
of true conviction that comes from the light.
There are normals and normals and normals, you know.
We aren‘t normal, into future we go.
La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La

My family are seers, they know what is right.
Happy they are and know how to smile.
There are normals and normals and normals, you know.
Beyond the darkness is the unknown.
La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La

Absolutely family I am.
I‘m with the good friends that understand.
We have the faith, the courage, the hope.
We are the outlaws and for that thank the Lord.
La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La / La-La-La

The Dream Of The People

The dream of the people isn’t nuclear world
of disaster, meltdown and contamination,
nor are mad leaders the dream of the people
or any of them wars, horror, terror and death,
nor atomic nations of long-term contamination
where the future is a-glowin’.

The dream of the people is like a sweet child
not deserving ban or discrimination.
Common sense tells that dreams are much more real
than outer things misused for the unreal.
Higher food prices and rising cost for housing,
education, health and energy
aren’t the dream of the people.

The dream of the people is beauty and kindness,
happiness and enduring love,
food on the table and future for the children,
a good job and fair wages.
The dream of the people is justice and freedom,
the joy of the wine of someone that is a-lovin’ you.

The dream of the people is humanity and hope,
the drive for the better and a world of love.
The dream of the people is to have a home
and loved ones protected from crime and harm.
To be good is the real dream and feel
of all the people wherever they might be.

Song & Lyrics Spotlight: ‘Please Be My Hero!’ by Michel Montecrossa

Song & Lyrics Spotlight: read the lyrics & listen to ‘Please Be My Hero!’ by Michel Montecrossa taken from his ‘Wonderworld Of Love & Sweetness’ Concert that you can read about here and download here from the Mirapuri-Shop.

Please Be My Hero!

“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”

Please be my heroine, please be my Supergirl!

“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”

Sea winds are blowin’ from East to West.

“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”

The breath there is of my chaos.

Like the star that lingers I understand you:

like life and worship and workmen returning.

As night advances your song is embracing.

You are my heroine, you are my Superdream.

“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”

For you I am a-callin and not for dark deceit and pain.

“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”

We are the thunder-power, I say, we are the freedom-rain.

You are my heroine, you are my Supermate.

You are the sea of love, you have the magic gaze.

“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”
“Please be my hero, please be my Superman!”

You are my heroine, on the brink you walk.

You are my heroine, you are my Superlove.
